This adjustable segmented die is engineered for oversized metal sheet processing, capable of bending sheets up to 50 mm thick and 8 meters in full length. Our adjustable lower die covers multiple bending thickness requirements with a single set of moulds. Operators can adjust the V-opening width flexibly according to different sheet thicknesses. Premium 42CrMo Raw Material & Strict Heat Treatment
All Miharting press brake dies are forged from premium 42CrMo steel for superior wear resistance. We adopt gantry planer processing, vacuum quenching and full overall tempering to eliminate internal stress. Key working surfaces of the dies receive targeted laser heat treatment to boost surface hardness and extend total service life.
Our factory is fully equipped with high-precision CNC gantry milling machines and CNC surface grinders for ultra-precise finish machining. Complete production procedures include CNC precision milling, professional fitter assembly, polishing and deburring & chamfering. Our 8-meter full-length sectional insert dies guarantee consistent V-opening dimension along the entire working length.
Low-Friction Rotary Round Bar Design for Top Bending Surface Quality
The groove section of our adjustable lower dies features a rotary round bar structure made of high-strength, ultra-wear-resistant hard alloy. During bending operations, the rotating round bars greatly reduce friction between mould and metal workpiece, delivering scratch-free, high-quality finished surfaces. When abrasion occurs, the round bars can be replaced individually with low cost, further prolonging the whole die service cycle.
