Harting Die & Mold Division specializes in the research and manufacturing of upper and lower dies, segmented dies, special forming dies, flattening dies, multi-station dies, and various non-standard customized dies for press brakes.
All dies are made of high-strength alloy steels such as 42CrMo, 40Cr, and C45, and undergo multiple processes including forging, tempering, quenching, high-frequency heat treatment, and precision grinding. They possess the following characteristics:
